- Our beers start with carefully balanced water that we run through our custom system. Local water is not friendly to the brewer, so at our microbrewery we use an advanced carbon filter, Reverse Osmosis, water softener and ultra-violet processor. We remove the bad stuff, and our water starts off as pure and about as mineral free as technology can get it. From there we add brew salts and compounds to make our water the way we need it. We have 10 taps and are excited to offer a mixed variety of beers, having brewed and served more than 30 different beers since opening in the summer of 2022. We recently began canning, with our Heritage Pilsner, Oatmeal Stout and Chile Beer all available in six-packs. Here are just some of the beers you might find on our menu! Heritage Pilsner - We are honored to have been one of the very first breweries to obtain this proprietary malt from our friends at Gallatin Valley Malting Company. Once considered extinct because of prohibition in 1919 and no longer being grown- this malt was rediscovered and is produced in conjunction with Montana State University. This old-style lager harkens back to beer made simply with the finest ingredients. You'll be amazed at the flavor! Cold Lizzy Scottish Ale - Beware the Moors! This rich bodied beer has a deep aroma that comes from the addition of Peat Smoked Malt from Scotland. Named in honor of Queen Elizabeth and released the day after her passing in Scotland, this beer is a favorite with many of our regulars. We are excited to offer it once again on our menu! Piwo Grodziskie -Polish on my mother's side of the family, we offer this traditional Polish beer brewed from oak smoked wheat. It can be traced back to the small village of Grodziskie (GROW-JEES K'YA). Legend has it that in the year 1600 a visiting monk (Bernard of Lupin) found residents suffering from disease and draught. His prayers were answered. The well was replenished, and people became well. Beer brewed from the water of this town became a national favorite. Our Piwo (PEEVO) Grodziskie is a tribute to this traditional beer! 3.2% ABV Lion Eyes Chile - A beer bursting with flavor from house roasted Hatch Chiles! This beer has deep, rich flavor without the burn. It uses Third Rail Ale as the base, and the mild hop profile accentuates the pepper flavor. Low IBU's at 24, and an ABV of 5.7%. This is a limited-edition beer! Rose's Honey Rye - Rye beers are a well-loved, yet often underrepresented variety of beer. Despite the name, it is primarily brewed with barley as too much Rye can be overpowering. This beer is a rich bronze color, with great flavor and aroma. Munger Road Rye - This is a close cousin of Rose's Honey Rye made with sweet Crystal Rye grown and malted by our friends at Gallatin Valley Malting. It produces a rich-flavored, beer with more malt flavor than Rose's. Gleason's Irish Red - My namesake beer, celebrating my Irish heritage from my dad's side! This beer is a seasonal, often released in February and we serve through Saint Patrick's Day and until it's gone. Roasted barley, Crystal Malts and classic hops selections make this one enjoyably delicious. It does pack a punch with 7.0% ABV. Tagged Out Oatmeal Stout - This is a big beer. Rich roasted malt with a hint of coffee flavor, this one is sure to please the dark beer fan. It comes in at 7.8% ABV. Low Bridge IPA - Everybody Duck! The McKinley Bridge is just 11 feet, and it claims numerous campers, semis and high-profile vehicles each year. Pull up a stool and watch the calamity unfold, and while you do - enjoy our crisp, yet smooth IPA made with Citra Hops and dark crystal malt which gives it an inviting, deep color to match the bold palate! Skip's IPA - Crisp and hoppy. This is one of our most popular current beers. There were 10 hop additions added during the boil, so the flavors are layered. Enjoy! Baloo's Paw-Paw - A wheat beer with tons of Prickly Pear! The rich red color, white frothy head and delicious fruit flavor make this an interesting and deliciously different beer.
